Yes, the church leadership uses the guideline of church discipline according to Matthew 18:15-17.
The purpose of church discipline is the spiritual restoration of fallen members and the consequent strengthening of the church and glorifying of the Lord. When a sinning believer is rebuked and he turns from his sin and is forgiven, he is won back to fellowship with the body and with its head, Jesus Christ.
The goal of church discipline, then, is not to throw people out of the church or to feed the self-righteous pride of those who administer the discipline. It is not to embarrass people or to exercise authority and power in some unbiblical manner. The purpose is to restore a sinning believer to holiness and bring him back into a pure relationship within the assembly.
In Matthew 18:15, Jesus says, “And if your brother sins, go and reprove him in private; if he listens to you, you have won your brother.”

C3 Kidz is a fun and secure environment where children and families receive love, excellent teaching, personal relationships, and an example of a healthy Christian Walk. Your child will be cared for and taught the Word of God with excellence. Our policies provide a fun, safe, and secure environment where all volunteers are interviewed and background checked. Children are required to be checked in and checked out with a security pass held by a parent or guardian. C3 Kidz has fun Services, engaging music, and age-appropriate Bible lessons (we use the Answers in Genesis Answers Bible curriculum).
C3 Youth is the youth group of Christ Centered Church. They are a God-loving group of teens who enjoy having fun in life. Even though our teens go to different schools and may have different perspectives of the world, they understand and respect the value each teen has and know that each of us was put on this earth for a specific purpose. Teens from 6th grade through 12th grade come together to encourage one another, glorify our Lord and Savior, and learn how to make our own lives more Christ-like.

Even though it seems more and more fashionable in our day to say that women may be pastors, the Bible is clear that pastoral leadership is restricted to biblically qualified men.
In 1 Timothy 2:12-14 Paul says:
“I do not permit a woman to teach or to exercise authority over a man; rather, she is to remain quiet. For Adam was formed first, then Eve; and Adam was not deceived, but the woman was deceived and became a transgressor.”Paul writes these words in the context of a pastoral epistle. He’s writing Timothy to teach him about pastoral ministry in the church, which means these verses need to be read in that light. They apply to church leadership, specifically to pastoral leadership.

Our word "baptize" is translated from the original Greek word "baptizo", which means to immerse. "Baptizo" does not mean sprinkle or pour. If our Lord had wanted people to be sprinkled, He would have inspired the New Testament writers to use the Greek word "rhantizo". If our Lord wanted people to be poured He would have inspired New Testament writers to use the Greek word "katacheo". But he didn't, so "baptizo" was used, which can only mean to immerse.

Taken from the C3 marriage policy:
Ceremonies that involve: bigamy, polygamy, polyandry, polyamory, incest, under-age, and same-gender individuals. *
A same-gender ceremony seeking to join members of the same gender in holy matrimony, covenant ceremony, or cohabitation ceremony shall not be officiated at Christ Centered Church or by any Christ Centered Fellowship, Inc. minister or Official. Such a ceremony would endorse homosexuality which is a sin and strictly forbidden in God's Word (Leviticus 18:22; 20:13; Romans 1:26, 27; 1 Corinthians 6:9; Timothy 1:9-11). Any Official who performs such a ceremony shall be dismissed from leadership.
Any person desiring to have a marriage ceremony performed by an Official of the Church or held on Church property ("Applicant") shall affirm in writing their agreement with the Church Tenets of Faith and the approved Doctrines and Practices and shall conduct themselves in a manner in keeping therewith. Any Applicant seeking to be married shall attend at least four (4) pre-marital counseling sessions with the Official who will be performing the wedding ceremony or other qualified person as chosen by the pastoral staff having sufficient training, experience, and spiritual understanding to provide such counseling. The Official assigned by the Church to implement the procedures contained in this Marriage Policy, in his or her sole discretion, may decline to make Church facilities available for, and/or decline to officiate at, a ceremony when, in his or her judgment, there are significant concerns that one or both of the Applicants may not be qualified to enter into the sacred bond of marriage for theological, doctrinal, moral, or legal reasons.
